It is best to leave any bird or bat droppings untouched. If it's necessary to clean the area, moisten the droppings first so that they don't release dust into the air. If it is necessary to vacuum the area, make sure that HEPA filters are installed on your vacuum. Wear a respirator and use disposable gloves and take care to wash all your clothing in hot water afterwards.
