I. Introduction.

Congratulations on taking the first step! You have already gone further than 99% of the people who want to invest in real estate. You are taking the time to learn more about Real Estate Investing and what it entails.

Many people state that someday they would like to buy, rehab and sell houses. Few of them ever do. There is always a reason that keeps them from making the commitment:

  • they don't know how to fix houses
  • they don't have the means (money)
  • they just don't have the time

These are not reasons. They are excuses! To make money in real estate, the first thing that you have to do is quit making excuses. When you quit finding reasons not to do it, you will find that it can be done.

The purpose of this guide is not to teach you everything there is to know about real estate. That would be impossible. It is designed to give you the basics on how to start buying, fixing and selling houses. Further knowledge will come through experience. Now let's get started!
